Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Plymouth

I always have a very good experience whenever I go here. I have autism & anxiety, and my optician was very kind in explaining what things were and helped me not be scared. Whenever I come in for maintenance the service is always fast, polite and professional :)

Very good experience. Was given a next day appointment for an eye condition. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The appointment took two hours which I thought was excessive although if i had gone to the hospital who knows how long I would have waited. Many Thanks Specsavers.

Great experience!  Made a same day appointment and got in right away. I was a couple minutes late but didn't have to wait long to be seem.The front desk staff and the assistants were very nice and helpful. The optician (Tom P) is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the testing room I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease.The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with my appointment
