It gives me immense pleasure to provide this review in two areas- Probate and Property conveyancing from Ruperb James ( RJ). My Mother passed away Nov 2020 so firstly, RJ performed a highly professional probate service from within the Saltash office. I subsequently, decided to retain RJ's conveyancing services. However, coming from Hampshire where i had recently sold a property i was worried service quality and execution of the task would incur the same problems previously experienced in Hampshire to secure the sale. No such Worries and throughout could not be more grateful for the competence, communication and execution of the task delivered by Tammi Hingston within the Saltash/Ivybridge office. Tip Top absolutely superb! A totally different experience on all fronts leaving me in no doubt the property sale was indeed safe in her hands. We have found Melanie Cotterill marvellous to deal with. She married friendliness with professional acumen to negotiate the path through probate with speed and accuracy. We therefore decided to use Roper James for conveyancing too and Sharon, acting on behalf of Martyn communicated well with the various parties involved to reach a successful conclusion even though the other solicitors seemed to be masters of prevarication.
