It gives me immense pleasure to provide this review in two areas- probate and property conveyancing from ruperb james ( rj). my mother passed away nov 2020 so firstly, rj performed a highly professional probate service from within the saltash office. i subsequently, decided to retain rj's conveyancing services. however, coming from hampshire where i had recently sold a property i was worried service quality and execution of the task would incur the same problems previously experienced in hampshire to secure the sale. no such worries and throughout could not be more grateful for the competence, communication and execution of the task delivered by tammi hingston within the saltash/ivybridge office. tip top absolutely superb! a totally different experience on all fronts leaving me in no doubt the property sale was indeed safe in her hands. an unwavering attention to detail, fautless communication, and a refreshing high quality professional attitude that resulted in a june 29th 2021 property sale outcome. i would also like to express everyone i delt within rupert james were responsive and demonstrated an excellent client service mentality. i shall be using rupert james and their team again. m stewart-smith
