Right from Andrea answering the phone up to the end I found this local family run business very helpful, knowledgeable and very customer caring. Our problem was sorted out in no time at all. Andrea was very efficient at the outset after outlining my problem. Jacob arrived on-time each of the 3 visits he made. He was extremely polite, informative and helpful and the rodent problem was effectively dealt-with. The cost was fair we thought. I was very impressed with DPC and would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others. Jacob. a young man, really impressed us from the outset. We wish him well in the family business.
