I've used spc more than 50 times over the last 5 years for local properties i'm involved with managing, and he has never let me down once. steve is extremely reliable, and also very knowledge in his field. the services he offers are brilliant, and he's also happy to revisit where necessary if his first visit doesn't fully do the job. highly recommended and great value for money too!
Steve was brilliant today, my husband called him at 09:00 this morning and he was at our property by 11:00 and completed the job on the day. very professional, thorough, communicated what he was doing and gave advice before leaving. very reasonably priced as well. he has lifted a huge weight off our shoulders today.. i would highly recommend.
