Lovely staff, always taking extra time and care with my boy ❤️

Been using this groomef for 10 YEARS. Dee has suddenly become unprofessional and rude, all over an appointment i didnt know I had as her system played up and didn't let me know, she works the the bloody system!! All she was worried about was £10 cancellation fee i HAD to pay. Which I said I would, but she became rude when I queried why I had to pay as felt it wasn't my mistake. She then became threatening and was going to cancel all my appointments!! So I hung up, none talks to me like that. She needs to learn some manners. All over£10🙂 so now I pay nothing, she's lost a loyal customer, so be aware, money first, dog and customer next. Plenty of other good groomers put there.

Scooby Dee's is outstanding! They're so friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. They'll give sound advice on dog care if needed and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Did an exceptional job on cleaning my dog’s teeth. Very welcoming and you can see how much they care about your pet. Informative and very helpfully.
