Excellent service from Paul as usual (he'd installed a new bathroom, cloakroom toilet and radiators for me previously). He replied quickly to my email for an appointment, arrived promptly and was very professional in servicing the boiler and supplying/fitting a pressure reducing valve to the incoming cold mains pipework.
