Paul has carried out work for me over many years, including the yearly service of my gas boiler, installation of a new shower unit and bathroom suite. also other problems i have had he has dealt with quickly and efficiently. he is reliable, friendly and very professional, his quality of work is excellent at all times. i would highly recommend paul to all my friends and family. many thanks paul.
Excellent service from paul as usual (he'd installed a new bathroom, cloakroom toilet and radiators for me previously). he replied quickly to my email for an appointment, arrived promptly and was very professional in servicing the boiler and supplying/fitting a pressure reducing valve to the incoming cold mains pipework. thanks paul!

Paul was professional, reliable and pleasant to deal with. he diligently found the leak and went above & beyond to problem-solve and fix it for us. this was a very awkward leak on an internal cast-iron soil pipe but he tenaciously got on with it in a professional manner. he also fixed some other plumbing issues we had. highly recommended.
