The Ship, Plymouth

Incredible pub, great pints, great atmosphere. I would always recommend coming whenever you are in Plymouth, the bartenders are always so friendly and the pub quiz on a sunday is top draw. Tom is a particularly great bartender who makes everyone feel at home. Highly recommend!

Group of 9 of us enjoyed the food at this casual eatery. Good food and variety.

Turned up on a quiet Tuesday and was happily welcomed and happy to hear they were serving food. All be it quiet the food came prompt and fresh from the burger to the chicken wings all was well served and presented. The portion sizes were also a welcomed bonus and would recommend to eat here or even just a drink as it is a full functioning pub.

Stationed down here for work in March 2022 & the 1st time i went in the ship 🚢 i was welcomed with friendly bunch of bar staff with smiles, i use this pub this this pub as my local till today 01.10.23, the best pub on the Barbican by far 😍 for me, Tom should be the landlord for me 👌

Such a great pub next to the harbour, staff are all so lovely and friendly. Asked them to put the rugby on outside and they did it straight away. Could recommend this place to everyone, I’ll be bringing my family here when they visit. Tom behind the bar is so friendly and welcoming, such a great vibe. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
