Clarks

Great! In and out with new shoes on and old shoes left behind, 20mins. No elastic laces though. I'm sure they would be happy if you wanted longer, I'm just busy.

It was great that the children's area was upstairs and away from the hassle and bustle. Ticket system in place and lots of works happy to help with lots of patience with younger children. Great advice and always happy to get another pair or make suggestions. Would have been 5 stars but some of the shoes on display were not in stock and children don't understand why they can't have the ones they wanted.

The individual I was supporting needed new shoes, so we went to Clarks. The staff were very supportive and helpful. The client was very happy with 2 pairs of new shoes. Was a little pricey, but then again, it's Clarks, so there is always going to be good quality.
