Came in to get my daughter some Doc Marten's as an 18th birthday gift. We were served by Izzy who spent almost an hour with us, getting different boots out for my daughter to try, assisting to make sure the fit was correct and giving us great info to help break them in and aftercare. At no point did we feel rushed and cannot praise Izzy enough for her genuine friendly manner and great customer service.

Staff are normally quick to assist, always helpful. I use regular for my footwear

Needed help and rang the online number. The wait time was minimal , the pets who spoke to me was lovely and went beyond what most call center people do. Hopefully my local store will be as helpful tomorrow! Thank you Schuh

This is the no.1 shoe store in Plymouth overall. I might argue for footlocker if you're someone who is interested in the super flashy high end Jordan's etc. But the customer service and variety at Schuh is unmatched. As well as the prices they have: at certain times of years they have excellent discounts and their 10% student discount can stack on top of any sale price. Staff are super friendly at helping you find the right fit/style and answering any questions you might have.

Got served today by a lovely lady named Faye and she was so kind. Very thorough with everything and made me feel like a very valued customer. She also had lots of very interesting topics to discuss and we had a lovely conversation. The prices were great too, and found that the own brand shoes were actually the best quality. Highly recommend this place.
