Took my mum for a spa day and afternoon tea for her birthday. She said it was the best massage she'd ever had—I'm inclined to agree, although I did fall asleep for a second during mine, I was so relaxed! Spa facilities are spotless, not too crowded, and beautiful inside and out. Cream tea we had was phenomenal. Wasn't entirely sure what to expect when I booked but it was amazing value, beautifully presented, and everything tasted incredible. I know it was part of their Alice in Wonderland theme, so not sure how much of what we got to sample would be included in a "standard" cream tea, but there was plenty for two and came with a lemonade, a glass of champagne, and unlimited hot drinks. Can't go wrong there. ☺️ Thank you Gaia staff for making my mum's birthday so wonderful, and our time together so memorable! Have absolutely recommended the experience to friends and family.

The best spa place I have been to. The facilities are great - 5 separate steam/sauna rooms, large pool, Jacuzzi that has an outside area, masses of loungers around the pool including 2 stone heated loungers. Our spa day included an hours treatment - I had the calming treatment with Magda, who was friendly & professional - followed by time in the relaxation room. We had afternoon tea, starting with a glass of champagne and followed with 5 different types of finger sandwiches, cream tea and a selection of delicious cakes. (The latter we were too full to eat but which were put into a box by the friendly staff. ) A truly relaxing day. We are already planning our next visit.

Good facilities including hair dryers and straighteners in the ladies bathroom/changing rooms. You're given a robe and towel so no need to bring your own. You're assigned a locker (there's no need to bring a coin or padlock). The treatment (Naturally Gaia facial) was amazing, Jasmin was lovely, professional and put me at ease. The afternoon tea was tasty. A little busier than expected in the communal areas, but it was a bank holiday to be fair!

What an amazing place! Had the most relaxing day ever and the best massage by Sam. The facilities are fantastic and so are the staff! I would highly recommend a day of complete self indulgence at this beautiful spa, it's worth every penny! Thank you to the team for making my day so special! 😊

Excellent treatments, even if a bit pricey. Lovely pool, hydro pool and various steam rooms. Lovely spatisserie for afternoon tea or lunch. Gorgeous outside area to sit in the sun or bathe in the hot tubs. No kids allowed which is great.
