Went for a head and feet massage with kate. it was very lovely and my neck felt very loose at the end. fully recommend her. if i wasn't just on holiday in plymouth i would be a regular.

Best massage i have ever had. i had very sore back and shoulders and kate worked her magic in just one hour and got all of the knots out of my back and shoulders. really appreciative of the wonderful service and kate made me feel incredibly comfortable from the get-go. would highly recommend and i'll be returning in the new year for another great massage. a small tip for finding the massage house: you need to go into celly's hairstyle international and go to the front desk, they will then direct you upstairs to where kate is ❤️

Started seeing kate for low back pain which i suffered with for years. seen chiropractors and physios with no success. after a few visits to kate the pain is gone and is now well managed by her as and when required. in addition to my back problems i also suffer with a rotator cuff injury (shoulder pain). kate has worked on this and i can honestly say i am virtually pain free with this as well and again managed as and when required. i make regular visits to maintain both problems. kate is very knowledgeable and professional in her work and treatments. i would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone with muscle, joint and pain issues. thank you kate. keep up the good work 🙂

I have been suffering for a long time with back, shoulder and neck pain, tension and knots i’m guessing from possible injuries, long hours a hectic lifestyle. it’s then been made worse of recent years with long hours sitting in an office at a computer. it can sometimes leave me struggling to move freely locking up stiff and uncomfortable for long periods of time. i explained my issue to kate over a call and she recommended what treatment would help my situation and i booked in via facebook. first visit was great and can’t lie i was surprised at kates strength, she doesn’t mess about. i had a lot more areas causing tension and pain than i had realised. i came away feeling i had gotten great value for money as it was very thorough and i could immediately feel the benefit. i booked my second visit after a 3 week interval and i was thinking maybe i didn’t need it so soon but boy was i wrong. this time was a more focused effort on my key problem areas and although at some points i was on the edge of my pain threshold i powered through and i have come away this time feeling even better, more flexible and relaxed than have for a long time. kates knowledge is clearly of the highest degree and i couldn’t recommend her enough. i look forward to the next session as i know it is going to elevate my well being even further. i have tried other therapies but nothing has come close to this level of effectiveness.
