From initial enquiry late last year to taking on and using our room, Lin and the team at Armadillo Plymouth have been very helpful, professional and friendly. Our company have needed to amend access names and request short notice deliveries to Armadillo on our behalf, all of which have been dealt with quickly and without any hassle. Having parcels collected from them is also a breeze. The automated access is reliable and secure. Once inside, the premises are clean, well lit and the trolleys and lift make even first floor access very simple. Lin always provides first class service with a smile.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Units are easy to access. Clean. Lots of trolleys to use and parking where it is easy to load. They get very booked over the summer with students looking for storage so book ahead. Only 5 mins drive from the centre.

The reception, Linda Blood, was very helpful especially after I decided to hire a larger unit. Elaine was equally helpful in preparing the initial quote and helping me through the process.

Great service from day one. The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Elaine and John. They couldn’t do enough for you. The place was easy to access. Very spacious and lots of equipment available to help move the more bigger and heavier stuff. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage.
