We had to find last minute storage as we got evicted a lot sooner than we thought but the staff were amazing and an absolute life saver! the gentleman and lady behind the desk were so friendly and understanding and made a bad situation so much more bearable. i couldn't recommend enough

I have never had to use a storage facility before and was quite nervous to reach out to a company. i didn't know what to expect but i certainly did not expect the friendliness and ease that i was greeted with both over the phone and in person. i spoke with tanya over the phone and perry in person and they went above and beyond to ensure i was comfortable and happy! i'm so glad that i chose this company and cannot thank your employees enough!

These guys are the best! i was let down by the local ‘yellow storage people’ , no names needed who had supposedly reserved me a 35 sq ft space only to tell me that wasn’t possible but i could have a 100sq ft. up selling at its worst, that’s probably bigger than my daughters student digs! anyway safestore to the rescue, very short notice but they found me a slightly bigger unit but still way smaller than 100 sq ft . when there was an issue they called me straightaway with a solution and on booking in day it got even better because a client had moved out that day so we were able to have their unit, which saved us nearly £60. the ladies in the office were polite, friendly and really helpful and lovely to work with and showed us to our unit. service with a genuine smile which is rare these days and real customer service. it may be less central than the other place but they are certainly 100% better when it comes to looking after their customers, and if you have transport like mum/ dad’s taxi service it’s not a problem.
