He was professional, friendly and easy to talk to. Using a new taxi company is nerve wracking but he made me feel at ease. He got me to my destination in a prompt manner, I would definitely use again and recommend!
Incredibly helpful service. I had to take my pet guinea pig to a specialist in Cornwall and he was the only service willing to go that far. Took me and my pet on short notice and I am very grateful.
Excellent service. We are walking the coastal path and wanted driving to some remote places early in the morning. The driver was really friendly and helpful, we used him two days in a row. I would definitely recommend him.
Apart from Shaun being a very likeable guy, he literally saved my sanity !! Plymouth main taxi companies are not pet friendly at all, and I was spending hours trying to get one from A to B. Luckily I met Shaun and from then on our trips were punctual and enjoyable, and even if he couldn't pick us up he got someone else to. Shaun you're a star..thank you x
