We’ve been using TUI since 2019 when we lost are holiday when Thomas Cook went bust, and as a disabled wheelchair person it was worrying going to a new travel agent, but Livia put are mind to rest and pulled out all the stops and made sure there was no problems from Bristol Airport to the boarding with the amulift on the plane and also sorted out when we landed at are destination. Since then we’ve had 3 more holiday. We are now dealing with Hannah in the TUI Plymouth store, she is a wealth of knowledge and there is no rushing thing, she goes at your speed to make sure you have the holiday you want at the right price and now we are on the system it’s easy to cross reference thing from you previous holidays to you new holiday. We are off to Turkey in September ‘23 and just booked Sharm for May/June ‘24. If you are disable or wheelchair bound give TUI a go, I personally give the Plymouth Store 5* thanks guys.
