TUI Holiday Store

Come into store this morning to book our holiday and wedding. Gina sorted this for us and as it was her first time booking a wedding she was supported by another woman at some points (didn’t get her name sorry!). Both ladies were absolutely lovely, so smiley and friendly! We felt so at ease. Gina was so helpful and listened to our questions and took care to get all of our queries answered and confirmed properly. Thank you so much Gina 🥰

Had such a positive experience on visiting Tui store in Plympton, Ridgeway. Vicky was fantastic in sorting out a holiday dilemma and miss-booking on our part. Nothing was too much trouble and she was calm and professional throughout. My husband and I have used this branch several times over the past few years and cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and 'going the extra mile ' to make sure our holidays have been perfect. My husband is in a wheelchair so special assistance is required both in the UK and abroad and the team have done everything they can to ensure we have a wonderful time. 😊
