We came across Ben’s work through a recommendation and after some consideration we made contact to arrange a meeting and discuss our big day. From the very first conversation we knew Ben was our man! Very easy to talk to, passionate and professionally casual, we were put completely at ease and felt that Ben really understood who we were and what we wanted. On the day, Ben was fantastic at talking us through the shots, working brilliantly with the venue, our photographer and guests and the result was better than we could have imagined. Ben asked if he could try out a slightly different creative idea he had in mind and we thought “why not?!” ..and we were so glad he did. We have watched our wedding video countless times, considerably more times than we have gone through our wedding photos and to think we weren’t sure we were even going to have a video! If you are in two minds about a videographer, my advice is go for it and book Operation Studios, you will not be disappointed!

I booked Ben for my wedding last minute for my wedding in September last year. He was amazing from start to finish. On the day he asked me if there was any changes to what we had discussed I said no. Sneakily my maid of honour took him a side and she had a surprise speech honouring my mum who is no longer with us. He caught everything on camera and every time I watch it I cry. No one else knew about this speech so it’s the only recording I have and what a memory to live back on. I would highly recommend Ben very professional and great service.
