Had a suspected thermostat fail in my oven, so sent a request into ORP, they were in at 9am the next morning and fixed in a single visit, did not sting too. Good Service!

Stefan came out to look at my oven the day after my call, was quick to diagnose the problem, able to install a new part and fix problem in same visit and explained it all to me in terms I understood. Would absolutely recommend and will use again without hesitation.
