Spacious and well equipped gym with nearly everything you need. Ample parking especially off-peak. One of the cleanest The Gym's around even though equipment is now showing its age. Very busy at peak times.

Fantastic monthly price . A massive gym with more equipment than you could imagine - machines, free weights, and cardio. Fantastic atmosphere, great clientele and wonderful, helpful staff. The gym is scrupulously maintained and cleaned, Best gym I've been to in 25+ years of training.
