My husband joined ff poole in january this year and he has really loved the friendliness of the gym and the high quality equipment. i used the gym this week using a guest pass. the staff were amazing, especially emily who made me feel very welcome and at ease. great facilities, very clean and tidy, excellent value too.
Stayed in poole for a weekend and used fitness first facilities. i’ve got to admit it was class in there as there had more than enough machine and free weights. this also includes a circuit area as well!! 🙌🏽 …
