Tom has given me an excellent ski/snowboard specific training plan to rehab my knee post injury. During my recent trip I felt strong, fit and able to ride with minimal issues. The best sport specific advice i've had in years, highly recommend.

Brilliant. Both my husband and I have had physiotherapy with Kate (which has been very effective) and we both attend pilates classes. The classes are small and easy to follow, with the instructors looking after us all very well as individuals and assisting readily when necessary.
