Very impressed with the vets at natterjacks. my dog gets nervous of strangers, but unlike other vets that he has seen before, rather than rushing to examine him, meg gave him time to get to know her. as a result, even though he wasn’t feeling well, he soon relaxed and was happy for her to examine him.
