I used this service centre as they were very close to an m27 exit point near to my work. the team were excellent, neil walked me through the works my car needed and gave me a very realistic and honest review, prior to deciding what i should do. i've only ever used main dealers and this was a breath of fresh air, pure honesty. certainly a recommendation from me.
I would recommend this garage. i usually go to a garage in the city centre for my repairs and mot's. however, i stumbled upon smile servicing & repairs online. they had a really good offer for a full service and mot for just over £130. they managed to fit me in on short notice. i was greated with a smile on arrival and when i collected the car. they go through everything with you and you're also provided with all the paperwork. very friendly - will be recommending this garage to all my family and friends! you also get a loyalty card! thank you.
Exceptional service, terry went above and beyond to check if they could fit me in last minute. type of garage who understands and wants to help, competitive pricing and clear explanation. highly recommend.
