We employed keith to design a 3 storey extension for our semi detached house and to remodel the interior. keith listened and discussed our requirements and, despite some challenges, produced a design that fully met with our specifications. the result was an attractive design, which highlighted the amazing views from the house, and fully utilised the available living space. keith had an excellent understanding of the likely constraints of planning permission and aimed to ensure that the process was completed with minimal problems. the outcome exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend his work.

We are delighted with the first class service we received from d84 architects. keith took considerable trouble to carefully listen to our design requirements and was also able to suggest alternative options that allowed us to select an optimal design. we were impressed with the speed with which keith was able to produce some very clear and effective drawings which our builder found very easy to work from. he was also always available to solve any minor last minute queries - even during lockdown.

This is the 4th time we've used d84 architects, and felt it was time to provide some feedback. the fact i keep coming back is proof in itself. they provide a professional service, quality drawings and documentation. from the outset i'm made fully aware of the total cost, and the payment plan so there's no surprises at the end of the day. having used other architects previously i felt the level of detail, and supplementary construction notes highlighting building control regulations & best practice very useful. if required, they complete and submit your building application, deal directly with them to a successful conclusion, as i found on my last project. i would highly recommend d84 from novices to the professional trades, and of course i'll be using them again hopefully in the near future.
