The service I received was ten out of ten. From the moment I entered the door all staff were friendly and personable. Jamie is extremely good at what she does. Whilst she is a professional through and through, she is personable and was able to put me at ease (no easy task given that this was my first intimate Brazilian). I was very impressed and will be coming back.

So this was my first time having a bikini wax - not going to lie, I was terrified and sweating everywhere. My hands, my back, pits - everywhere. Jamie was absolutely fantastic, she made me like I had known her for years and brought a level of comfort few people can give. She made the experience so easy, even though there was a little pain - which is normal - it was nowhere near as painful as I thought and that was all down to Jamie making the best first experience for me. Thank you so much and I will definitely the best first time waxing I could ask for.

During one of my regular treatments, I mentioned to Lisa about my blood spots. I have quite a few on my chest area and neck, Lisa kindly explained in great detail what they are and how easy they were to remove. So I booked an appointment. Throughout the procedure Lisa explained everything. I have been coming to Lisa for a few years now and fully trust her knowledge and find her professionalism exemplary. The process was very quick and not painful. Afterwards my chest area felt a little warm, as if I had been in the sun but nothing more. Lisa gave me aftercare advice and product to use for a few days. I would not hesitate to recommend this procedure and Studio 8. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming.

I’ve been seeing Alice for my wax appointments for a few years now and she does a perfect job every time! She’s so friendly and personable, we have some great chats. She made me feel totally at ease from my first ever wax and the time flies! I always come out feeling happy and relaxed, which can’t often be said about this treatment! I have also seen Jaime for waxing and she is equally as wonderful! I would 100% recommend if you’re new to waxing and a touch nervous - the girls make you feel so comfortable!
