Andrew, Dave and the team made the experience easy and smooth sailing. Would like to thank them for their patience with me while i looked at various bikes and chose my equipment to go with it. Buying bikes etc is normally a high-stress task for me due to my anxiety, as it has been a while since i have bought one, and they indeed took the stress and worry out of the entire process. Very friendly business, great suggestions and recommendations for various items. Absolutely love my brand new bike and looking forward to no longer having to use the bus anymore and also looking forward to getting fitter too. Absolutely fantastic customer service, a friendly and patient bunch. Will be using this store to get more accessories in future. Can't praise highly enough.

Bought a couple of bikes here and the after service and customer service is the best . My 7 yr old Giant bike developed a crack so the manager got on to Giant regarding warranty and I got a brand new replacement bike sent to the store in around 40 days. Extremely happy customer, thanks to Dave and the team . Top outfit 😁

This place is fantastic - 2 big floors of bikes in stock and we were able to take them on test rides around the block. The staff there are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable - there is nothing they don't know about bikes. They weren't pushy to get the sale at all, just offered loads of advice to help us make the best decision - we were there for about 2 hours and never felt rushed once. My husband bought a gravel bike and I'll be going back to buy a road bike shortly. Can't rate them highly enough!

Popped in to look at a bike for my daughter. They were that helpful and friendly I left with one for my son as well. I loved the fact that they took the time to explain different things. Let the kids have a little ride outside the shop to get a feel for what they wanted. With absolutely no pressure to buy. If someone is pushy I leave immediately. These guys weren't at all. They even offered to sort out my boys old bike with a free service so that he can sell it online knowing it's right. Great local shop with plenty of stock. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a pre loved bike from this store in May 2023 and so was told that there would be a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase.The service offered was very friendly and quick. After a few days my gears broke and they replaced that for free.. without even charging me for anything.Then after 2 months which was still in the warranty period, there were some minor issues for which they changed a bit of money, which I was not very happy about. However the service is quick and the staff are good.
