Neil is totally brilliant! I have called upon his services on more than one occasion and he always delivers. He is highly professional, extremely polite and very fast!!! Cannot praise him enough especially after he sorted out our very stained stair carpet- the result of a not quite housetrained puppy!

Amazing result after I accidentally spilled black paint on carpet whilst trying to remove the stuck on lid, contacted Neil Miles who was able to come out very quickly treat the stain and clean it up. I really didn't hold out much hope but you can see from the photos the carpet looked better than ever. So grateful and happy with this save. Thank you

I used Albany upholstery to clean three piece suite. Neil was quick, friendly, and gets to work on his own. The sofa is much cleaner but, the best thing is it smells much better. Turned up on time and done the job 😀
