Very professional, dedicated and hard working team. I got in touch with clean plan services as I wanted my old, tired parquet to be brought back to life. Wow! The team went above to ensure the finished results were exactly what I wanted. It looks absolutely beautiful. The process was explained to me throughout and I cannot recommend clean plan enough. Charles is absolutely incredible. Coupled with his ‘secret’ solution he managed to remove old coffee and pet stains that I was told Wouldn’t come out. I cannot recommend Charles and his wonderful charming nature more highly. I will never use anyone else again.

I was incredibly lucky to have found Charles and his team. I had this parquet floor in my living room which clearly did not stand the test of time. The edges were all loose, floor discoloured, it was filled with bumps and damaged with scratches. Charles provided reassurance throughout the process and his team essentially revived the floor! They were immaculate and professional, and ensured cleanup so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Bearing in mind, I saw this as a bit of a refresh work but from the picture, you can see that they basically supplied me with a new floor with the exceptional job they have done! I would also recommend Charles and his team, and if I ever need anymore floor work done, I know exactly who I would reach out to.
