I called Alex because my puppy made a big mess up on the top of the stairs. Alex and his team came along very professionally told me what I needed and how much it would cost. The carpet hadn’t looked this good after he finished since we bought it. Definitely booking him in once every few months.

I don’t write reviews unless I am absolutely delighted OR when I am truly upset. Alex absolutely delighted me with the work he did cleaning the carpets. Ours is a house over 3 floors and Alex was meticulous in getting the carpets all smelling fresh and almost like they were fitted just the day before. He informed me what he was going to do and by when he would be hsve completed the job. He arrived promptly and left the place tidy. If you want someone who cares about the services he provides, then please ask Alex to give you a quote.

We had tried to remove a red wine stain from a carpet using a domestic carpet cleaner without success. Portsmouth Carpet Cleaning attended on time as agreed and removed the stain with specialist equipment. Would definitely use them again.
