Both owners/staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in a time of need (where my phone screen was frozen). Due to having it replaced here before, they provide lifetime guarantee (if no cracks are on the screen) and replaced the screen immediately. They had the job done within 30 minutes and this really saved me a lot of stress! Thank you. I could not recommend them enough.

100% would recommend.The people who work here are the best you will find. I came in with a broken phone just days before going on holiday. The man who works here said we couldn't fix it completely before the holiday and even offered to let me borrow a different phone to get me by. He charged less than the quoted price as it wasn't 100% fixed (which is so amazing and never happens anywhere else) and offered to try fully fix it once I'm back in Portsmouth. Never had such good service anywhere else before.

Got my battery replaced for a really good price on an iPhone 11. This battery replacement solved many issues that I already had with the phone. The customer service was amazing as my sibling got a free of charge phone screen protector after paying for the services. Overall really good place with good service
