Joanna has been looking after us for the last 3 years. she is very tolerant of my constant changing of appointments and always arrives promptly with a smile. she works efficiently and with great attention to detail, leaving our stove looking sparkling!! she is very honest - telling me our chimney probably doesn't need an annual sweep but i feel safer knowing joanna has checked everything and she is amazing value for money. would highly recommend!

Joanna has been doing a terrific job on our four woodburners - and was directly responsible for helping us understand why one of our open fires was creating so much smoke (complicated physics of air flow!). she is efficient, does a faultless job and leaves each room cleaner than it was to start with! a perfect professional and also a really nice person. can’t recommend highly enough.
