Joanna has been looking after us for the last 3 years. She is very tolerant of my constant changing of appointments and always arrives promptly with a smile. She works efficiently and with great attention to detail, leaving our stove looking sparkling!! She is very honest - telling me our chimney probably doesn't need an annual sweep but I feel safer knowing Joanna has checked everything and she is amazing value for money. Would highly recommend!

Joanna has been doing a terrific job on our four woodburners - and was directly responsible for helping us understand why one of our open fires was creating so much smoke (complicated physics of air flow!). She is efficient, does a faultless job and leaves each room cleaner than it was to start with! A perfect professional and also a really nice person. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Joanna undertakes this requirement on an annual basic for me and will continue to do so as there is no need to look elsewhere. I would highly recommend her without hesitation.
