19 Computing

What an absolutely brilliant service I've had from James of 19 Computing in exchanging a faulty (corrupted) Hard Disc Drive from my iMac and replacing same with an SSD. My iMac now performs as it did when I first bought it, probably even faster! James transported my iMac to the 19 Computing workshop from my home, even finding time to fixing my printer before he left! He delivered it back to me within a few working days. 19 Computing have delivered a first class service to me and I cannot praise them enough for their efficiency throughout. Well done 19 Computing, and of course James.

Superb! First time ever I visited here today and can't thank them enough. Amazing service and Russ took so much time in giving us advice and helping sort out our mobile after our data was compromised at home. Fixed our issues with patience. Knowledgeable, experienced and I can't believe it took me so long to find them. Gave advice about our PC and other devices. This place is a hidden from the high street gem. After visiting a well known chain an hour before, who were unhelpful, it was a breath of fresh air and relief to find them. We will be going back very soon. Thank you.

The team fixed my son’s Xbox. We weren’t sure what was wrong with it but the guys fixed the issue and it’s working good as new. Very quick service, reasonable prices and great customer service. Thanks very much

I have been a customer with 19 computing ever since the owner was 19. ( Over 20 years ago ) Just shows how much I value their services Everyone in the shop is helpful, reliable and they provide excellent service, both in the shop and on home visits. Highly recommended.

Friendly, brilliant and very knowledgeable. First time visit for a relatively simple job, however they offer a fair price, all seem very friendly and they keep you up to date if you need to be. I would recommend this repair shop (it’s a little tucked away, but still very accessible)
