05aug22: Hello, at this Mail Boxes/MBE Portsmouth location, I had received excellent customer service from the two clerks! Highly recommend Mail Boxes Portsmouth. Ten stars out of five. Thank you Russell! You had patience and focus when re-packing (putting my many items in boxes) my two large luggage/suitcases, a few cardboard boxes and four large green containers mostly yesterday and today. Your creativity in boxing/re-packing my items is great to see. I am moving in a week and I have a lot of personal items since living here in Britain/England for 8 years (lived in several villages and cities), coming here via previous career now moving forward to build my next career soon. Fabulous all I can say. I purchased items from an auction house and needed a courier to pick them up and post them to me. These guys had the most competitive quote with additional insurance available if needed. The communications were great. The items arrived in very quick time and were really well packaged. Can't recommend enough.

The MBE Portsmouth branch were extremely friendly and professional in answering all of my queries in regard to an item that I purchased from their local auction house. They collected my item and then sent this on to me very quickly. When it arrived, (the next day!), I was extremely impressed with the way my item had been packaged. This was a high value item and the effort put in to protect it during transit was fantastic....it had been thoughtfully wrapped with sufficient packing material, and double boxed, to ensure it arrived in perfect condition.
