Called this company out of hours and my call was still answered, details taken and a call back for the following morning was arranged. The next day I spoke with Claire Bond, who was incredibly helpful in providing the advice I needed. Over the course of the call she quickly understood my position and gave clear routes forward and when I should consider engaging the solicitors more formally. Most impressively after the call concluded she typed up her thoughts in an email. If this is the type of service the company provide over the phone for free I would not hesitate in contracting them formally if the need arose. Simply excellent service!
