Hampshire Terrace Dental Care

My husband and I both had treatment with Jen yesterday and as always it was excellent. She was gentle and professional and we are very pleased with the outcomes.

Reception staff are very helpful, positive and greet you upon arrival. The waiting room is comfortable. Dentists and their staff are professional, kind and explain what they are doing in the examinations. Dentist surgery is modern and clean. Good customer service on the phone also.

I love this practice. Our dentist is amazing, so much patience with children with disabilities. The reception staff are brilliant too. Been here for years. They've never let me down. Even when you need an urgent appointment they try hard to get you in as soon as. Am super grateful to have a practice to go to, I know how hard it is to find a dentist, let alone a brilliant one. Changed to here after my previous dentist went private and wish I'd changed before! Everyone I have had contact with has been so nice and my dentist, Sahib, is brilliant. I am usually extremely nervous visiting the dentist but now feel so much more confident, despite having fillings, an extraction and a crown! Thank you for making my experience so much better.

Professional approach to customers. I was 3 minutes late. Another appointment was offered to me to wait for 15 minutes which I was prepared to do. Or, another slot offered in the afternoon. Instead I waited for less than 2 minutes and I was seen. Great service!
