Great service from start to finish. Our Pug Doug spent his first few days of boarding with Sam last week while we were on holiday. Sam was lovely and made me feel very relaxed. We received updates and photos to let us know he was ok and she even dropped him home for us on the last day, which made everything so much easier! Highly recommend!!!

We have been using The Pet Butler for 5 years, since our dog was a puppy. It is a fab dog walking service and we love using them and would not go elsewhere. Our regular walker Lydia is amazing and takes her on lovely walks, our dog loves her so much. They are extremely reliable and very flexible when we have booked last minute walks or needed to change our regular walks. The booking system is quick and easy to use. We also get fab picture updates on Facebook and Instagram. We would highly recommend, best walkers in Portsmouth.

They take wonderful care of my dog weekly at daycare and give us peace of mind when we're away on holiday.

I can highly recommend The Pet Butler, Lainy and the team are amazing and take great care of Frank, my Irish Setter who is now 19 months old and has been going to The Pet Butler since he was a small puppy. Jane looks after Frank and they offer a great service of pick up and drop off which is really helpful for me and works like a dream. Jane is really lovely and takes care of Frank as if he was her own and she treats him like he is a member of the family. I have been using Pet Butler for over a year now. Having had many reservations about who my baby was going to be looked after by, from previous extremely bad experiences, I can honestly say that Pet Butler is the best thing to ever happen to Nova and I. Our walker, Sam, is pretty much part of the family now and I'm pretty sure Nova is more excited to see Sam than see is to see me! Sam goes out of her way to make sure Nova has the best time every single week. We love her happy and positive personality. We now don't trust anyone else with Nova. Sam is our first port of call if we need someone to have Nova. We love you Sam!
