I'm very impressed! i needed five black bags laundered, almost everything my dad owns while he's in hospital. it would've taken me days to do at home & i'd never used a laundrette having always done our weekly laundry myself. i emailed for an estimate and got a reply from debbie within half an hour, the price seemed fair, so the next day, a sunday, late morning i took everything down, they said they could have it done today in a few hours, i laughed, i didn't need them the same day and didn't expect that much done the same day, but a few hours later i got a text saying it was all done, that's washed, dried, folded and placed in clean bags ready for collection with a price very close to what i'd estimated from the email!!!... very, very impressed! thank you sooo much!

Used this launderette a few times and had no problems. they give a great service here. i have only positive things to say. they do everything that's expected here from washing, drying, ironing, you can rent carpet cleaning vacuum from here and much much more. the woman who runs it is so lovely and kind. the other staff members are really nice too.

This is the best service provider in portsmouth. so glad i have found this place after trying others. amazing service at a great price. friendly and super helpful staff , what more could you ask for 😃
