Colin is truly an expert. he easily identified the problem of my oven and immediately replaced the broken heating element. good price for the service and spare parts. very professional and friendly. i will definitely use this company again and recommend colin to my friends and family.
My electric oven wouldn't turn on. colin was brilliant, gave me some pointers over the phone, which i had already unsuccessfully tried. he came round at the arranged time and managed to find the problem. he was able to bypass the clock and the oven came on. brilliant service, brilliant price, professional and friendly. thank you colin. 100% recommend.
