I've been having only a positive experience with the lettings team so far. alfie was great and made the whole process of my move to a shared house as smooth as possible. he kept calling and informing me about the different stages of my application. there were literally no issues with my application. i think that the whole process took less than 2 weeks and i had the keys to my room. alfie did a great job and i can definitely recommend this estate agency.
