I've been having only a positive experience with the lettings team so far. Alfie was great and made the whole process of my move to a shared house as smooth as possible. He kept calling and informing me about the different stages of my application. There were literally no issues with my application. I think that the whole process took less than 2 weeks and I had the keys to my room. Alfie did a great job and I can definitely recommend this estate agency.
