I have used Woodgate and Co services several times and have always found them exemplary. They have replied to my emails very promptly and if my appointed solicitor was away another staff member would always contact me straight away. I would thoroughly recommend them and intend to use them for my next venture!

I recently used Woodgate & Co Southsea to carry out the conveyancing on a property i was selling in Somerset. As a resident of Southsea it was handy to have a solicitor i could walk to in 15 minutes, and is well placed on the high-street. The service delivered was everything i could have hoped for, and the only issues arising during the sale were those created on the buyer's end, which Woodgate were quick to contact me and solve when needed. Friendly and professional staff. Would use again and recommend.

Woodgate & Co handled my re-mortgage and deed transfer professionally and succinctly. I was particularly impressed with Samantha Rogers, one of the assistants. Despite my numerous questions and contact, Sam delivered a truly excellent service and I am very grateful for this.

I wanted to get my wife’s name added to the deed of our house. This company were very helpful particularly Kirsten. A local solicitor to me quoted 3 times more to do the same work. This company were very reasonably priced. Only problem was it took nearly four months to completed but that was because of the Land Registry dragging their feet. Presumably still working from home? However that was not the fault of Woodgate & Co. I would definitely recommend and should i need to use a solicitor again these would be my first port of call.

I used Woodgate for conveyancing a few months ago and the service throughout from them was fantastic. Linda and her team communicated very well keeping me up to date with everything along the process and generally put me at ease as a first time buyer.
