I wanted something special to send for the funeral of a relative as i was not going to be able to be there. the phone call to the florist was sincere and helpful. i told her how much i wanted to spend and how important this person had been to me. my daughter in law took a photo as i had not seen any images as this was ordered over the phone. so pleased with the result of our conversation and their recommendation 😀
