Bought a chest of drawers 18 years ago which I have never had a problem with , when we moved house some of the plastic runners were broken. Today went into the shop to ask if he had any replacement runners I could buy , as they discontinued this range a while he hadn't but he gave me some metal runners , fantastic customer service
