From start to finish my experience having my hair done at the salon was excellent. I felt like my ideas and choices were listened to and I felt very comfortable expressing exactly what I wanted. Megan, who cut and coloured my hair was very professional and did a great job making my hair dreams a reality. I would definitely recommend this salon and will definitely come back.

Lilli provided the most excellent service, the whole experience was a total dream for me. I felt completely at ease after talking with her, she knew exactly my style and coloured my roots to match my hair perfectly and lifting the whole look to another level. Meeting with Belinda for a colour consultation before the appointment made me know I would be in good hands at this salon. Each interaction with the team was brilliant. Everyone in the salon was so friendly and warm, and Lillie is so skilled and deeply professional. I am so pleased I chose Medusa to get my hair styled, you have a loyal customer now. Belinda was fantastic. Instantly friendly when I walked in and talked me through each stage of the process of getting my hair cut. She listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair and did her best to accommodate this, whilst giving me tips on the best way to style my curls. Very happy with my half head shave - my friend said I can now take part in an action movie!! 😂 A little perk is that they also have a good selection of hot drinks on offer and they provided me with a chocolate bar too!
