Bluebird Care Portsmouth

I’ve worked at bluebird for a little over 3 years.. They been amazing this was the first care role I’ve encountered and I wouldn’t want to change it. They’ve been so supportive of me throughout my journey here. Supportive whilst going on maternity leave and welcoming me back and giving me refresher training. All the office staff are there just at the end of the phone if you need them. Very welcoming team and such a tight group. With expanding your own knowledge throughout the company there are so many NVQ’s available which is brilliant. Lovely team to work for.

I’ve now been working for Bluebird for nearly a year, and can honestly say this is the best place I have worked at. The staff are genuine, there is a general attitude of helping each other out, excellent camaraderie, endless training opportunities, progression, and support at all times. No good deed goes unappreciated. The customers become our family and every carer goes the extra mile to do what they can do they have a better quality of life, it’s so rewarding! I can see myself working here for the rest of my working life.

I have worked for Bluebird Care Portsmouth for six months now, I love it. The team are so nice, welcoming and we are like a family, everyone supports each other. This is my first care job and the amount of training and support is great, I am so confident going out and supporting our customers. Our customers are lovely and its so nice getting to meet new people and hearing there stories. They are so grateful for the care and companionship they receive from Bluebird care. It is such a rewarding job helping those who need it and seeing the smile on everyone's faces.

I've been working at Bluebird for a short time and my experience so far has been amazing! Bluebird staff are so passionate about care and the service they provide to their customers. The carers and office staff are lovely and very welcoming. The training and support I've received so far has been brilliant and because of this I feel very confident and competent in my role, I feel I have really found my calling. Iv been working for bluebird for a couples months now and i love it. This is my first time working in care, management and my colleagues have been very supportive and super friendly. I love going to see the customers they are so lovely. I wanted a job that i enjoyed and i do enjoy every shift. Weather you have experience or not bluebird is brilliant to work for.
