I was sceptical about Hypnotherapy when mentioned to me by a friend but decided to give it a go on her recommendation. I have to say it's been amazing and I would recomend anyone with a weight problem to give it a go. I am losing weight and feel so much healthier. Wish I'd given it a go years ago. If you want to lose weight without feeling like your calorie counting then give it a go, it's well worth it. 😁

I started visiting Sue for help with dealing with my anxiety. From my first appointment she made me feel at ease and was so friendly. Throughout my appointments I have learnt lots of techniques to help with the day to day handling of any issues I may have but also In general my anxiety has improved massively which is such a relief.
