Jennifer took really good care of us when selecting wedding bands for my partner and I. She gave some really good advice regarding which set and metal to go for based on my job etc. Overall a really great service. Very informative and she couldn’t have been happier to help us. Five star service ⭐️

Excellent service from manageress Fern and assistant Jenni, my partner struggled with her white gold engagement ring it kept tarnishing and regularly needed cleaning, we were not told this when we purchased the ring from the Chichester store, we explained this to the team in Portsmouth and they exchanged the ring for a Platinum one , Fern and Jenni couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding, my partner is over the moon thank so much Fern and Jenni

Upon visiting your commercial road store in Portsmouth to look for our wedding bands/engament ring we were greeted by Jennifer in store who was such a joy to be served by she heard our story and what we were looking for and became invested in finding us the perfect bridal set and band for my future husband. I am pleased to say she helped us find rings we fell in love with and it's going to make our day even more special knowing we have the perfect rings. She was a joy and pleasure to be served by and a credit to your company.

What an experience! Yes one does expect something extra when spending such an amount of money on a watch but Dan the assistant manager went above and beyond in his customer service on the weekend. Management should be ( and I’m sure they are ) aware of this young man. Above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you again, and as a certain “ terminator” once said…..I’Ll BE. BACK
