I took in my engagement ring which we had ordered online and didn't realise ukraine sizes are not the same as uk. staff were amazing kept me up to date with how the re sizing was coming along. i took in a curtain ring and came out with an engagement ring that fits ! top service. top staff thank you xx

Really helpful staff repairs,i needed my casio watch repaired and they sent it away for me to the manufacturer.communication to about the progress was fantastic and customer service i can not fault at all. they also understood my relationship i had with the watch please for any repairs i would use them again. thank you t h baker my experience with you as put faith that customer service is still around also dealing with my casio.
