I have used croma locksmiths shop over the years to have keys cut buying new door locks etc and always been served by very friendly attentive staff with good advice . a very well run business with excellent customer service .
Excellent service ! advice on the phone and face to face in the shop enabled us to repair the front door lock ourselves at minimal cost- all with good humour and kindness. thanks so much- will certainly use croma again & recommend to others. norgate family.
Just went in to get a replacement lock and they repaired the old one to perfect t working order. cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough. impressive knowledge and great service!
Have to give these guys 10/10!! excellent service .... even managed to clean up an old door lock and get it going again ( free of charge!) when they could easily have sold me a new lock. love the free "croma" lost key service too!.. again..they came to my aid and retrieved my lost keys.
Really helpful and friendly people. i took in my seized up five lever door lock mechanism and they freed it up with some clever door lock spay and saved me buying a new one. they didn’t want to charge me either! a 5 star place!
