Lovely friendly service, quick and efficient replacing my door lock. I would recommend and will be using again.

Called Chris after having some trouble with our locks on a Saturday afternoon. He was round within minutes and gave us friendly and professional advice. He changed the locks there and then, with zero hassle, meaning there was minimal to no disruption to the household. Would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a local and reliable locksmith.

Outstanding service. Chris attended my home when the front window shoot bolt failed - and I had to try and cut trhough it to make the window shut. Came to Chris attending and he examined what had happened and ordered the parts He came back (thats a start!) with a new part and worked tirelessly to sort. Despite some jiggling around as tech/parts change and we were sorted Slight issue occurred (not his fault) and he was back wih his normal smile and "can do attitude". He comes 101% recommended by us. I needed two locks changing and lock-on security were able to complete the work quickly and to the highest standard. They also could not be beaten on price. Would highly recommend this company.

Friday, last week, our front door lock broke. I rang Chris. He came very quickly and did a temporary repair. Being Friday, he couldn't get the parts needed. Tuesday morning, he was back & repaired it. Brilliant job. Very reasonably priced. Very nice man. We would thoroughly recommend him. We run a business, from our home.
