I suffer with stiff muscles and pain. Kirsten is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, I know I am in safe hands each time and come away with long lasting relief.

First time massage with Kirsty last night, and I have to say she was gives the most fab massages, I left without a care! She's a very warm and gentle person, but also very funny she seems to adapt to your mood. My tip would be to park outside Asda or Rowlands pharmacy & take the first right by foot. I'll be going back. I just came home from having an Indian Head Massage with Kirsten and I didn't want to forget leaving her a review cause I loved it! Her studio is lovely and she creates a very nice atmosphere with the lights, background music, plants and lots of cute details. The massage in itself was one of the best I have ever had, my neck, head and shoulders are always very tense and I can really feel the difference. I went with a friend and there is a comfortable space for a 2nd person to wait for their turn. Will definitely come back. Ps: loved the weighted blanket!

I have never had a massage where so much attention has been given to address my issues to help me feel better. Kirsten supported me with my Covid recovery using a variety of techniques tailored to what I needed and it was phenomenal. I genuinely felt so much better when I got home. Kirsten is a lovely lady and has created a wonderful space to carry out her work. I certainly won't be going anywhere else.
